Featured Project: BayCare Outpatient Center (Florida)

BayCare Outpatient Center is located on Racetrack Road in Tampa, Florida. The masonry and tile roofed structure maintains the architectural aesthetics of the West Chase neighborhood. This facility will feature a full service imaging center, clinical lab, Urology Clinic and sleep center on the first floor, with physician tenants specializing in Orthopedics, Primary Care & Pediatrics all on the upper three floors. The Graham Group has provided attractive rental rates to assist in bringing physicians into this market.
