Architectural Notes
The Orthopedic Institute is a five-story building constructed of precast concrete and glass. It compliments the architecture of the hospital to which it is connected via skywalk for easy access. The ground floor of the building contains a state-of-the-art conference center featuring a Board Room, meeting and educational rooms, food service and a lecture hall with stadium seating. The top floors of the building are home to a prestigious orthopedic practice.
Case Study:

The Orthopedic Institute is a five-story building housing a large orthopedic group, PT/OT and an education center for the hospital. This project was built in Sioux Falls, South Dakota during one of the toughest winters that Sioux Falls has ever experienced. The Project began in December and was completed 15 months later, including nearly 2 ½ months of weather-related shut downs due to heavy snows, ice and extreme cold. This project is located in a residential area and is connected to the hospital via skywalk.

This facility was developed and is owned and managed by The Graham Group Inc.
