In 2006, Carondelet Health Network in Tucson, Arizona, contacted The Graham Group, Inc. to develop a medical office building on its St. Joseph's Hospital campus. St. Joseph's Hospital is a vibrant hospital located on the city’s east side. However, there had not been any new development on this campus for 20 years. The hospital was in the process of developing a Women’s Center and a state-of-the-art Neuro-surgical unit on campus. While using local architects and construction companies, Graham designed, built, leased and now manages a five-story, 104,000 square foot brick and pre-cast building with spectacular mountain views in all directions. The new building is now occupied by a large neurology surgical group; family practice; imaging (including a linear accelerator on the first floor) and two OB/Gyn groups that help to support the hospital’s mission. In addition, orthopedics; ENT; cardiology; pulmonology, urology and other physician groups have become part of this collaboration. The building is 100% leased and it was built on time and on budget to accommodate the physicians' and hospital’s schedules.
